Presbyterian Healthcare Services is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts in Rio Rancho, NM. The role focuses on direct patient care, leadership of nursing staff, and coordination with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes using EPIC charting and evidence-based protocols.

Responsibilities include teaching patients and families, triaging and prioritizing care, and maintaining compliance with Medicare/Medicaid guidelines and hospital policies.

Qualifications

• RN degree from accredited nursing program (ADN or higher).
• State of NM RN license or compact state license.
• Required certifications: BLS; ACLS; NRP; PALS depending on area.

Responsabilités

• Oversee delivery of patient care, delegating tasks to home health aides and nursing staff.
• Provide and evaluate direct patient care, adjusting plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Coordinate patient care with patients, families, physicians, and community resources.
• Educate patients and families on rights, directives, and informed consent.
