The role requires a BSN or ADN with a commitment to obtain a BSN within three years, IL RN license, and BLS. The department emphasizes evidence-based practice and collaboration with families, physicians, and ancillary staff.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred or ADN with commitment to obtain BSN within 3 years.
• Current State of Illinois Registered Professional Nurse license.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes data, develops a plan of care and coordinates implementation.
