Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN required for consideration.
• Current State of Illinois Registered Professional Nurse license.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration ability.
• Strong analytic abilities for data-driven care decisions.
• ADN may be acceptable with commitment to obtain BSN within three years.

Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes data, identifies outcomes, and plans care.
• Directs care and uses assistants appropriately in patient care.
• Collaborates with patient, family, physicians and staff; documents plan.
• Participates in shared governance and unit projects.
• Evaluates responses to interventions and updates care plan.
