Northwestern Medicine Central DuPage Hospital is seeking a Staff Nurse – Inpatient to provide expert nursing care for acutely ill patients, coordinating the full nursing process from assessment to evaluation.

The role requires an IL RN with a BSN (or ADN with commitment to a BSN within 3 years) and BLS. Expect collaborative teamwork, evidence-based practice, and opportunities for professional growth within a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Current State of Illinois Registered Professional Nurse.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with others.
• Strong analytic abilities.
• ADN acceptable with commitment to obtain a BSN within three years.

Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes data, identifies outcomes, and plans care.
