HonorHealth is seeking an Inpatient Occupational Therapist for PRN coverage in a floating pool across multiple campuses in the Phoenix area. The OT evaluates, plans, and implements evidence-based therapies for patients with physical disabilities and functional limitations in acute inpatient settings.

Responsibilities include discharge planning, collaboration with physicians and the care team, and supervision of assistants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Occupational Therapy required; Master’s/Doctorate preferred.
• Current OT license in good standing with the Arizona Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Six months of network float experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Implements evidence-based OT evaluation and treatment for inpatients.
• Develops and updates individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Coordinates with physicians, nurses, and case managers for discharge planning.
• Supervises therapy assistants and communicates treatment progress to the care team.
• Participates in rounds and contributes to program improvements.
