Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an Occupational Therapist for an inpatient float pool across multiple locations. The role involves evaluating patients, creating and updating treatment plans, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy, with a Master/Doctorate preferred, and at least six months of relevant experience. A sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in OT required.
• Master or Doctorate in OT preferred.
• Six months recent experience in a network float position preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements an individualized treatment plan through the use of skilled OT techniques and modalities.
• Evaluates patients, develops goals and discharge plans.
• Maintains accurate documentation in patient records and billing within established timeframes.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team and communicates discharge needs to care managers.
• Supervises therapy assistants and provides updated plans and instruction.
