HonorHealth is seeking an Occupational Therapist for an inpatient float pool across multiple campuses in the Phoenix area. The role supports physical disability rehabilitation with a focus on restoring function and independence.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, documenting progress, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to plan discharges. APTA-aligned care and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university approved by the AOTA, required.
• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university approved by the AOTA, preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Arizona OT license current and in good standing.

Responsabilités

• Evaluates and oversees occupational therapy services for individuals with physical disabilities.
• Develops and updates care plans with patient/family to restore function.
• Documents in medical records and manages billing within established timeframes.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to coordinate discharge planning.
