Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the Network Float Pool, providing services across multiple inpatient locations in the greater Phoenix area. You will evaluate, treat, and oversee OT care for individuals with physical disabilities, working with physicians and the care team.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy, BLS, and state licensure; Masters/Doctorate preferred. Inpatient rotations, sign-on bonus up to 15,000 and a Full-Time Day Shift with holidays and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university.
• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy preferred.
• BLS certification and OT license in good standing required.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized OT treatment plans using evidence-based techniques.
• Evaluates and updates care plans with patient/family for return to function.
• Maintains accurate medical records and completes billing as required.
• Collaborates with physicians, care teams, and case managers; participates in rounds.
