Job summary

HonorHealth seeks a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a full‑time float pool role delivering inpatient therapy across multiple campuses. You will evaluate and treat patients with physical disabilities, guiding plans to restore function and daily living skills.

Responsibilities include client education, interdisciplinary collaboration, and precise documentation. Requires OT licensure and BLS, with 6 months float experience preferred; sign-on bonus up to $15,000 offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university.
• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Active OT license in good standing (Arizona Board) required.
• BLS certification required.
• 6 months of network float experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements an individualized treatment plan using evidence-based OT techniques.
• Evaluates patients and develops a comprehensive plan of care with measurable goals.
• Maintains accurate documentation in the medical record and billing.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team on discharge plans and status updates.
• Supervises OT assistants and guides care by the therapy staff.
