Qualifications

• BSN required or must obtain within 5 years of hire.
• Current Ohio RN license and BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years hospital RN experience; 1 year informal leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision of a care team as extension of NM.
• Lead nursing staff in alignment with AONL NM competencies.
• Support patient experience, engagement, and quality outcomes.
• Coordinate staffing and productivity to meet care delivery goals.
• Coach and mentor nursing personnel; drive performance improvement initiatives.
