• Ability to code at 95% accuracy while meeting quality standards.
• Proficient with MS Office and data-entry tasks; interface with clients professionally.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze clinical records to ensure MS-DRG assignments reflect diagnoses and procedures.
• Abstract clinical data to support accurate discharge disposition and coding.
• Serve as a resource for client staff on data integrity and compliant coding practices.
• Maintain current knowledge of ICD-10 CM, PCS, coding guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Support Savista’s Compliance Program through adherence to policies and daily practice.
