• Knowledge/Skills: ICD-10-CM coding, record-keeping, HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Code charts timely per ICD-10 and AHA guidelines.
• Support Health Information Services with clerical and technical tasks.
• Assemble medical records and perform daily HIM duties.
