Job summary

Reserve Care in Sandusky, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the 3rd shift in the Inpatient Unit. You will provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care in collaboration with the transdisciplinary team, and you will implement the Plan of Care for each patient using the Nursing Process.

The ideal candidate is a state-licensed RN with CPR, hospice or home health experience preferred, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the State of Ohio.
• Experience in hospice care, home health, oncology or pain and symptom management preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care in collaboration with the transdisciplinary team.
• Coordinate Plan of Care implementation using the Nursing Process.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
• Monitor and manage pain and symptoms and support patient/family education.
