Job summary

Reserve Care in Sandusky, OH is seeking an RN for a Part-time Day Shift in an inpatient facility. You will provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care in collaboration with the transdisciplinary team, coordinating the Plan of Care for each patient using the Nursing Process.

Your responsibilities include assessing needs, delivering intermittent skilled nursing under physician direction, monitoring pain and symptoms, guiding families, and participating in care conferences, discharge

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the state of Ohio.
• Experience preferred in hospice care, home health, oncology and/or pain and symptom management.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care to terminally ill patients.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
• Provide intermittent skilled nursing under physician direction.
• Monitor and manage pain and symptoms; educate patients and families.
