Reserve Care is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the 3rd shift at the David Simpson Hospice House in Cleveland, Ohio. You will provide comprehensive nursing care, coordinate with physicians, and support families in a hospice setting, ensuring comfort, safety and policy adherence.

The role requires current Ohio RN licensure, CPR certification, and the ability to work with diverse patient and family needs while maintaining high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Ohio with current CPR certification.
• Hospice/home health experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care under physician direction.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
• Monitor pain and symptoms; communicate with the care team.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and volunteers as needed.
• Participate in discharge planning and on-call rotations.
