Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in revenue cycle, healthcare billing or insurance preferred.
• Experience with Epic Grand Central or hospital billing desirable.
• Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with financing and/or assistance applications.
• Support patients completing financial statements and federal program applications.
• Educate patients on financial policies and assist with POS initiatives.
