Responsibilities

• Assist providers with arranging patient discharge follow-up appointments.
• Coordinate and expedite services ordered by providers across the hospital.
• Observe, collect, and document patient information as requested by providers and report changes promptly.
• Perfom general office support duties and procure equipment and supplies as needed.
• Schedule return appointments and participate in daily rounds with medical teams.
