UNC Health in Chapel Hill, NC seeks a clerical coordinator to support inpatient providers with discharge planning and follow-up appointment scheduling. This role provides clerical and coordination support to providers on inpatient medical units. The position works with hospital departments and physician groups to help coordinate follow-up appointments for patients being discharged. This is a non-patient-facing role.
The team is small, collaborative, and works closely with physician groups to support timely discharge planning and appointment coordination.
In person, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
