Mercy Health in Lorain is seeking a Clinical Nurse II (CN II) to lead a care delivery team and coordinate nursing care for a defined patient group. The CN II demonstrates clinical competency, leadership, and effective communication with patients and staff across age groups.

The role requires Ohio RN licensure, completion of orientation, a minimum of 12 CE hours annually (including Fire Safety and CPR Re-certification), and ACLS.

Formación

• Graduation from a state-accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure from the state of Ohio as an RN.
• Successful completion of general and unit-specific orientation and hospital probationary period.
• Obtains/maintains a minimum of 12 contact hours of continuing education annually which includes Fire Safety and CPR Re-certification.
• ACLS is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Care Delivery Team and direct care for a group of patients.
• Coordinate nursing care reflecting assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Precepts new employees and demonstrates nursing leadership.
