Job summary

ERC Pathlight Colorado is seeking a Program Coordinator to provide direct supervision and support for inpatient and residential patients. The role includes maintaining structure, de-escalation, and facilitating groups, with meals support and documentation in the EHR.

A valid driver’s license and applicable state credentials are required, with eligibility for multiple sites in Colorado. The position offers a competitive hourly wage and opportunities for growth within our mission-driven clinical

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field required.
• Minimum of six months of experience in a behavioral health or related field.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record required where company vehicles are used.
• Washington credential may be pending at time of hire where applicable.
• ServSafe certification may be required depending on state and local licensing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care supervision and support for inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients.
• Maintain daily program structure and safety checks.
• Assist with mealtime support and meal coaching per treatment team.
• Document patient observations, meals, and events in the EHR.
• Transport patients to medical appointments and support transportation needs as required.
• Be flexible to work at multiple ERC Pathlight sites and comply with location requirements.
