Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• IL credential required or in process: PEL and SSE/LBS1.
• Experience with curriculum development and differentiation for IEPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead instructional process for elementary students with IEPs.
• Deliver targeted instruction and create comprehensive lesson plans.
• Coordinate co‑teaching and differentiations to meet IEP goals.
• Track student progress and generate reports detailing achievements.
• Utilize PBIS to establish positive classroom culture.
• Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and administrators.
