Job summary

- Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
- IL PEL credential or in process.
- IL SSE or LBS1 credential in process.
- Ability to obtain crisis management training certification.
- Experience with curriculum development and differentiation.
- Experience with IEPs and special education services.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead instructional process for elementary students with IEPs.
- Deliver targeted instruction and personalized lesson plans.
- Differentiate instruction in co‑teaching settings.
- Maintain comprehensive student progress reports and IEPs.
- Implement PBIS strategies and manage classroom behavior.
- Collaborate with parents, staff, and administration.
