Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in Durham, NC, is seeking a Product Engineer to advance RF/microwave MMIC designs for communications, test and measurement, and defense applications.

You will learn from and contribute to world‑class RF/MW professionals while solving challenges across GaAs and GaN MMICs. The team uses Cadence, ADS, AWR, HFSS, Sonnet, Momentum and RFPro; you will prototype, simulate, and validate designs, and support lab measurements with spectrum and network analyzers.

Qualifications

  • BSEE/MSEE/PhD in EE with RF/microwave background.
  • US citizen or green card holder.
  • Proficiency with RF/microwave test equipment and measurement techniques.
  • Excellent teamwork and communications skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop RF/microwave MMIC designs for LNA/Driver/PA applications.
  • Collaborate with senior RF/MW engineers and testing teams to validate designs.
