Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking an engineering program manager in Livermore to direct R&D activities for new product designs within our manufacturing environment. You will advocate for Win Strategy and manage projects from start to finish, aligning budgets and schedules with internal teams and customers.

The role emphasizes leading cross-functional teams, developing master schedules, coordinating with suppliers, and validating test plans to meet customer expectations and market demands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BS) in mechanical, electrical or related technical discipline.
• Individual should be highly organized with the ability to follow project through to completion.
• Previous experience with new product launches and new product commercialization.
• Knowledgeable in manufacturing process and a background in design.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for special projects development from start to completion, meeting goals, objectives and budgets for new and improved products.
• Achieve target costs for all components.
• Act as technical consultant for component and system problems for internal and external customers; communicate with customers, sales/marketing and other personnel to resolve technical matters.
