Qualifikationen

• The candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or a related discipline with strong product or process knowledge.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience leading teams and/or complex projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performance teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and organizational planning abilities.
• Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders; SAP experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead the New Product Introduction department with clear objectives and accountable teams.
• Promote a Safety-First culture by encouraging identification and closure of safety improvements.
• Partner with operations, technology, product development, sourcing, and manufacturing teams.
• Establish and execute new product production schedules to meet customer expectations.
• Develop and manufacture new aerospace products and associated production processes.
• Monitor department capacity and capability through capacity planning.
• Identify operational risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Resolve manufacturing barriers and prioritize resources across programs.
• Develop fully documented, validated, cost-efficient products for full-scale production.
• Ensure compliance with product development processes and production readiness.
• Support cost reduction initiatives to improve quality and performance.
• Maintain visibility of milestones, KPIs, risks, and obstacles via dashboards.
• Foster cross-functional skill development and team empowerment.
• Drive performance on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and engagement.
• Maintain Lean mindset for robust products and processes.
• Support Zero Defects through disciplined execution and risk management.
• Coordinate flow of materials to support customer delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with NPI sourcing, RPM, Tool Room to improve on-time delivery.
