Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation, a Fortune 250 global leader in motion and control technologies, seeks an Engineering Manager, APD, to lead New Product Introduction programs and large internal development projects. You will guide engineering teams, drive TRL transitions, and ensure performance and regulatory compliance within scope, cost, and schedule.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will coordinate cross-functional resources, mentor staff, and protect Parker intellectual property while aligning

Qualifications

10–12 years of related engineering experience.
4+ years of prior management/supervisory responsibility including project engineering.
Strong knowledge of engineering domains and product development processes.

Responsibilities

Leads the technical effort and defines engineering plans and outcomes for a major engineering team.
Manages multi-project plans and allocates resources across teams.
Acts as CAM for projects using Earned Value Management (EVM).
Interacts with program management and customers to refine plans and requirements.
Ensures adherence to design standards and documentation practices.
