Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sciences, Business or related field.
• Ten or more years of related work experience with four+ years leading multiple projects/programs.
• PMP certification within six months of assignment; MS/MBA preferred.
• Expert in program management processes, methodologies and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience with aerospace contracting and procurement; strong financial awareness.
• Proficient with standard business applications and PM/financial tools.

Responsibilities

• Owns and manages program performance across lifecycle to meet objectives.
• Acts as primary customer contact and negotiates contract changes.
• Develops program plans, baselines, schedules, budgets and staffing.
• Leads cross-functional teams; conducts risk analyses and action plans.
• Prepares senior leadership reviews and communicates status and issues.
• Mentors staff and shares program management best practices.
