Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Project Manager (NPD) in Richland, MI, to lead new product development from concept through launch. You will drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to meet schedules, budgets, and customer expectations.

The role emphasizes ownership of master plans, alignment with Win Strategy, and delivering validated products for new markets within Parker Pneumatic Division, PDN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or related technical discipline.
• Highly organized with the ability to drive projects to completion.
• Experience with new product launches and commercialization.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and design background.

Responsibilities

• Direct, administer and execute R&D activities for new product designs.
• Lead the project team to achieve chartered goals and milestones.
• Create and track master Gantt timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal divisions to meet validation and cost targets.
• Manage customer interface for new products and new markets.
