Job summary

One Medical in Chicago is seeking residents completing their training in 2026 or 2027 to join our primary care team across Chicago offices. You will practice in a tech-enabled, patient-centered environment with a structured onboarding plan, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.

The role is full-time, in-office with opportunities for tele-health, and includes supervision of NP/PA colleagues within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in, or have completed within the last year, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency.
• Board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics resident, or completed residency within the last calendar year and scheduled to take next board exam.
• Illinois state medical license obtained before start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office or in testing centers, with occasional tele-health visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize clinical training and perform in-office procedures.
• Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues.
