Job summary

Cr Si is seeking a Director of New Programs and Innovation in Staten Island, NY to lead development, testing, and scaling of innovative services for individuals with IDD. You will manage regulatory compliance, budgets, and cross-functional teams while pursuing new opportunities and partnerships with state agencies.

The role emphasizes program design, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven evaluation to improve independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, public administration, nonprofit management, healthcare administration, education, or related field.
• Five+ years of progressively responsible experience in program development, service design, innovation, or operations.
• Experience designing, launching, evaluating, and scaling new programs or service models.
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid-funded services, waiver programs, and OPWDD systems is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, project-management, and communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, testing, implementation, and scaling of new programs for individuals with IDD.
• Oversee IRA development, expansion, and regulatory compliance with Medicaid waivers.
• Collaborate with families, providers, and community organizations to refine initiatives.
• Manage budgets, grants, and funding opportunities for pilot projects.
• Track outcomes and data to inform organizational implementation and decisions.
• Coordinate cross-department efforts for enrollments and program launches.
• Lead ongoing IRA expansion and partnerships with state agencies.
