Job summary

Cap City Supported Living is seeking a Director of IDD Services to join the senior leadership team. This role directs program operations, oversees development and expansion of services, and ensures compliance with federal and state regulations and payer requirements.

The ideal candidate has a master’s degree in human services with supervisory experience, strong budgeting skills, and the ability to lead staff and collaborate with community partners.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in human services or a related field; two years supervisory or administrative experience with IDD/mental health.
• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field with at least three years supervisory/administrative experience.
• RN with four years supervisory or administrative mental health/IDD direct care experience.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises Service Directors and/or Program Directors.
• Develops and reviews budgets; monitors revenue and expenses.
• Oversees program development, expansion, and compliance with regulations.
• Represents the organization in community activities and partnerships.
