Kinaxis is seeking a Senior Innovation GTM Principal to lead go-to-market strategy for high-priority innovations. You will shape how emerging capabilities translate into customer value, interfaces with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Strategy, and drive scalable commercial motions across the organization.

In this role, you will create repeatable launch models, align stakeholders, and accelerate time-to-market while ensuring market readiness and impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise technology go-to-market roles.
• Experience leading complex product or technology launches.
• Ability to translate emerging capabilities into clear customer value and commercial opportunity.
• Strong executive communication, influence, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience designing GTM strategies for initiatives spanning product or portfolio boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM strategy for Kinaxis' highest-priority innovation initiatives, accelerating path from capability to market opportunity, launch, and scale.
• Increase the speed and scale of launches with repeatable models, gates, and rhythms.
• Define customer problems, target audience, differentiated value, positioning, and path to market.
• Connect early validation to market readiness and repeatable growth.
• Develop integrated launch strategies with customer proof, events, analysts, partners, and demand generation.
