• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of consulting or strategy experience, with leadership of projects/workstreams.
• Outstanding PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving; synthesize complex information.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong understanding of risk management, governance, and regional nuances.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end consulting workstreams from diagnostic through recommendation and implementation planning.
• Perform market research to understand local needs and translate insights into GTM recommendations.
• Conduct quantitative analyses to inform GTM strategy and adoption.
• Develop deep understanding of products to tailor market collateral and client materials.
• Advise on regulatory standards to ensure compliance.
• Support development of business strategy with executable plans and milestones.
• Coordinate with product, technology, legal, risk, compliance, and operations teams.
• Prepare senior leadership materials and facilitate stakeholder sessions.
• Maintain awareness of digital assets and fintech landscape to reflect market realities.
