Kinaxis is seeking an Innovation GTM Principal to lead go-to-market for high-priority innovations, spanning products and portfolios. This senior role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Strategy to translate emerging capabilities into customer value and scalable commercial motion.

The role focuses on creating repeatable launch models, driving faster, broader market adoption, and collaborating across teams to ensure readiness and impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, innovation strategy, product strategy, or related roles within B2B enterprise technology.
• Proven experience leading complex, high-profile product or technology launches involving multiple products, teams, and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to increase launch velocity and scale through repeatable GTM frameworks, processes, and operating models.
• Strong ability to translate emerging and highly technical capabilities into clear customer value, differentiated positioning, and commercial opportunity.
• Demonstrated ability to build strategy and create structure in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Strong executive communication, influence, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM strategy for Kinaxis' highest-priority innovation initiatives, accelerating the path from emerging capability to market opportunity, launch, and commercial scale.
• Increase the speed and scale of launches, creating repeatable launch models, decision gates, and operating rhythms.
• Turn emerging innovation into compelling market propositions, defining the customer problem, target audience, differentiated value, and path to market.
• Build the path from experimentation to scale, connecting early validation to market readiness and growth.
• Create high-impact market moments, integrating proof, events, analysts, partners, PR, and demand generation.
• Orchestrate cross-functional launches, aligning Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Shape new GTM motions, packaging, introducing, and expanding innovations where existing motions fall short.
• Accelerate market learning and iteration using early customers and market signals.
