Kinaxis is seeking a senior Innovation GTM Principal to lead go-to-market strategy for high-priority innovations across products and portfolios. This role will align Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Strategy to translate capabilities into market opportunities and scalable commercial motions.

Working at the intersection of multiple teams, the candidate will define customer value, differentiated positioning, and a path to market, shaping launch readiness and cross-functional execution

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product marketing or GTM within B2B enterprise technology.
• Proven experience leading complex product launches involving multiple products and teams.
• Ability to translate emerging capabilities into clear customer value and opportunity.
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM strategy for Kinaxis' highest-priority innovation initiatives, accelerating launch and commercial scale.
• Increase launch velocity with repeatable models, gates, and operating rhythms.
• Turn emerging innovation into compelling market propositions, defining problems, audience, and path to market.
• Connect early validation to market readiness and repeatable growth.
• Develop integrated launch strategies with customer proof, events, analysts, partners, and demand gen.
• Orchestrate cross-functional launches with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Shape GTM motions for new innovations that transcend existing product motions.
• Accelerate market learning and iteration using feedback and market signals.
