Job summary

Kinexys is seeking an Engagement Manager/Consultant to lead go-to-market strategy and execution across cross-functional teams. You will combine quantitative analysis with delivery leadership to shape GTM programs in fast-evolving fintech spaces.

You will work on commercial transformation, operating models, market readiness, and regulatory considerations, presenting to senior leadership and driving measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of consulting or strategy experience with project leadership.
• Outstanding PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end consulting workstreams from diagnostic to recommendations and implementation planning.
• Drive GTM transformation and commercialization strategy, including operating model design.
• Conduct pricing analysis to evaluate market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and client behavior.
• Perform market research to understand local needs and requirements for product improvements, and translate insights into actionable GTM recommendations.
• Conduct quantitative analysis to inform GTM strategy (e.g., sizing opportunities; assessing adoption and segment dynamics; viability assessment).
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of products and services to tailor market-specific collateral, messaging, and client materials.
• Advise on standards, methods, tools, and applications relevant to the regulatory environment to ensure products meet risk and compliance expectations.
• Support development and ongoing refinement of business strategy, translating priorities into executable plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate across product, technology, legal, risk, compliance, and operations to deliver aligned outcomes and clear decision points.
• Prepare clear, concise presentation materials for senior leadership and facilitate stakeholder working sessions/workshops.
• Maintain an informed view of the digital assets and broader fintech landscape to ensure recommendations reflect current market realities.
