Key West Historic Inns is seeking a passionate Front Office Supervisor (Innkeeper) to lead our boutique front desk operations and guest services. You will mentor the Front Office team, resolve guest concerns with professionalism, and help maintain the warm, personalized service that defines our historic inns collection.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, schedule coordination, and cross-department collaboration to ensure seamless daily operations and an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years Front Office or guest services experience; supervisory or leadership preferred.
• Experience with PMS StayNTouch, Opera or similar systems.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Front Office operations including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest services.
• Lead and support Front Office team, fostering a positive, collaborative environment.
• Resolve guest inquiries and special requests with professionalism and empathy.
• Train and mentor Front Office staff to meet hotel standards.
• Ensure accuracy of reservations, room assignments, billing, and cash handling.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain a welcoming Front Desk and lobby reflecting high standards.
• Monitor compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing needs.
• Support Front Office Manager with coaching and development initiatives.
• Monitor occupancy and room inventory to maximize guest satisfaction.
