Job summary

Key West Historic Inns Collection, part of Davidson Hospitality Group, is seeking a passionate Front Office Supervisor (Innkeeper) to oversee daily Front Office operations in a boutique hotel setting. You will lead the Front Desk team, coach staff, address guest concerns with warmth, and ensure personalized service throughout guests' stay.

Prior supervisory hospitality experience and PMS systems familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Front Office, hotel operations, or guest services experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality preferred.
• Experience with PMS StayNTouch, Opera, or similar systems preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and support team members.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle guest concerns professionally while remaining calm and solution-focused.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, reservations, billing, and cash handling procedures.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and leadership.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions when leadership is not immediately available.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
