Key West Historic Inns seeks an experienced Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office team and uphold exceptional guest experiences across Winslow’s Bungalows, Lighthouse Hotel, Ridley House, Ella’s Cottages, and Fitch Lodge. The role requires strong leadership, revenue awareness, and proficiency with StayNTouch/Opera PMS to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years in Front Office or hotel operations with 2+ years in leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience with PMS platforms StayNTouch, Opera, or similar systems.

• Oversee all Front Office operations and guest experiences.
• Lead, develop, and support Front Office team to deliver service excellence.
