Job summary

Key West Historic Inns is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office team, oversee daily operations, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across our boutique properties. You will recruit, coach, and develop staff, manage labor, scheduling, payroll and budgets, and collaborate with other departments to drive performance and financial accountability.

Candidates should have 3-5 years in Front Office or hotel operations, a hospitality degree or equivalent, and

Qualifications

• 3–5 years Front Office or hotel operations experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience with hotel PMS platforms such as StayNTouch or Opera.
