• Assist the Front Office Manager in supervising front desk staff, guest service staff, concierge, and PBX operators.
• Schedule, train, coach, and provide performance feedback in line with company policies and applicable laws.
• Greet and assist guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
• Respond to guest needs and resolve complaints promptly and appropriately.
• Maintain knowledge of front office operations, including the property management system and room inventory.
• Coordinate room assignments, group blocks, and special requests with Housekeeping and other departments.
• Monitor occupancy levels and apply yield management techniques to maximize revenue.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card payments in compliance with policy.
• Promote programs to improve guest satisfaction and efficiency.
• Follow safety, security, and emergency procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
