Job summary

Domino Amjet in Gurnee, IL is seeking a DP Installation Engineer to install Domino printers and accessories at customer sites, traveling to locations as required.

You will diagnose and resolve installation issues, provide remote and on-site support, and ensure installations meet production schedules and performance expectations. This role requires strong organization, customer interaction, and the ability to work internationally.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical school completed.
• At least five years of related experience.
• Electromechanical or hydraulic/machinery experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work internationally.

Responsibilities

• Install Domino printers (K-Series) and accessories at customer sites.
• Significant travel away from home is required.
• On-site and remote fault finding and repair of Domino-supplied equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair system problems at customer sites.
• Provide telephone technical support and customer training on equipment usage.
