Responsibilities include leading improvement projects, selecting products with Product Management, training customer staff on ink blending and inventory, and maintaining thorough technical documentation.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of ink industry experience.
• Experience with Kepner Tregoe, Six Sigma, SunMatch.
• Industry laboratory and press equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects.
• High level of pressroom and printing process knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Leads and participates in process improvement initiatives with customers and Sun employees.
• Makes product selection decisions in accordance with Product Management and conducts trial activities.
• Provides training on ink blending, inventory, work off, and related functions.
• Reports field activity in Salesforce and completes trial/documentation.
• Submits and follows up regional color match lab requests.
• Provides emergency backfill support for products when customer blending is unavailable.
