Responsibilities include guiding ink blending, conducting trials, training customer personnel, and reporting field activity. Expect 70% travel with overnight stays; 1st shift position with pay based on experience.

Qualificações

• Ink industry experience of 5–10 years is required.
• Experience with Kepner Tregoe and Six Sigma methodologies is required.
• Familiarity with SunMatch and related lab/press equipment is expected.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently.
• High level of pressroom and printing process knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and participate in customer-focused process improvements on major projects.
• Make product selection decisions and conduct trial-related activities.
• Provide training on ink blending, inventory, and related processes.
• Document field activity and trial results in reporting tools.
• Submit and track regional color match lab requests.
• Provide emergency backfill support for product blending.
