Sun Chemical Corporation seeks an Ink Technical Service Rep to deliver dedicated technical ink support to customers in OH, NY, MI, and WV. You will identify and address technical and continuous improvement needs to ensure seamless product delivery.

The role involves leading process improvement projects, supporting color matching, training customer staff on ink blending, and documenting field activity. Expect travel around 70% with overnight stays as needed.

Qualificações

• 5-10 years of ink industry experience.
• Experience with Kepner Tregoe, Six Sigma, SunMatch.
• Industry laboratory and press equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects.
• High level of pressroom and printing process knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and participates in process improvement initiatives with customers and Sun employees.
• Makes product selection decisions in accordance with Product Management and conducts trial activities.
• Provides training to customer employees on ink blending, inventory, and related functions.
• Reports field activity in Salesforce and completes technical/ trial reports.
• Submits and follows up regional color match lab requests.
• Provides emergency backfill support for our products.
