Qualifications

5-10 years of ink industry experience.
Experience with Kepner-Tregoe, Six Sigma, SunMatch.
Industry laboratory and press equipment.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects.
High level of pressroom and printing process knowledge.

Responsibilities

Leads and participates in process improvement initiatives with customers and Sun employees across major operational projects.
Makes product selection decisions based on end use application and conducts trials and recommendations.
Provides training to customer personnel on ink blending, inventory, and in-house work-off.
Files and reports field activity in Salesforce; completes trial and reference reports as needed.
Submits regional color match lab requests and follows up.
Provides emergency backfill support for products during supply disruptions.
