Job summary

American Plastic Molding is seeking a hunter-centric sales professional to generate net-new business from injection molding programs in target markets. You will build structured outbound plans, penetrate ICP accounts, and manage opportunities through a defined sales process, while coordinating with engineering, quality, and operations to maintain momentum.

You will maintain CRM hygiene, provide weekly pipeline updates, and drive consistent win-rate improvements.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a structured outbound prospecting plan (call/email/LinkedIn, referrals, industry outreach, events)
• Target and penetrate ICP accounts and reach true decision-makers
• Run discovery and qualification of new opportunities to ensure alignment with sales/marketing strategy
• Coordinate internal resources (engineering/quality/ops) to advance opportunities
• Maintain accurate pipeline stages, next steps, and forecast in the CRM
• Provide weekly activity and pipeline reporting to sales leadership
