Nelson Miller Group in Mount Laurel, NJ seeks a Business Development Representative to drive growth for its plastic injection molding capabilities. You will bridge customer challenges with NMG’s engineering and production strengths, building strategic partnerships and handling high-value opportunities.

The role requires 10+ years in complex sales, knowledge of injection molding, and willingness to travel for key customer meetings and trade shows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in complex solution selling, contract manufacturing, or advanced supply chain solutions.
• Experience in plastic injection molding, tooling development, and resin selection.
• Extensive portfolio of customer contacts to achieve growth.
• Excellent negotiating and presentation skills; able to engage at executive level.
• Will travel to customer sites and trade shows.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development and cultivate strategic partnerships.
• Sell end-to-end plastic injection molding capabilities.
• Lead large, complex proposals and quotes for decision makers.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain on solutions.
• Negotiate large contracts to protect margins and foster loyalty.
• Represent NMG at industry events and key customer engagements.
