Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking an in-home sales closer to meet with homeowners, present solutions, and close high-ticket remodels. You’ll work with pre-qualified appointments in a hybrid role, earning commissions with six-figure potential.

Average first-year earnings range from $150K to $200K, with top performers earning $300K+. You’ll operate in a fast-growing company recognized with industry awards. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is preferred, not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required (drive times 30–90 minutes from home).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Weekend availability (6 days/week).
• Industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily.
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors.
• Present financing options and close sales.

Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!)

Average First-Year Earnings: $150K-$200K - Uncapped Commissions and Bonuses

As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.

What You'll Do

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors
