Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a Home Remodeling Expert to close in-home sales for roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors. The role offers uncapped commissions and a path to six-figure earnings, with a hybrid Colorado schedule.

You will meet 8–12 pre-qualified homeowners weekly, deliver presentations, propose solutions, and close high-ticket sales. Applicants should be self-motivated, have strong communication skills, and enjoy ongoing sales training.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Weekend availability (6 days/week).
• Industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily.
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors.
• Present financing options and close sales.
• Build lasting customer relationships.

As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.
